Ordering & payment

Online ordering for restaurants, with no commission

Guests order from the menu they are already reading — at the table, at the counter, for pickup, or for delivery from your own site. Every order runs under your brand, and QRaff never takes a percentage of it.

The list becomes a cart when you are ready

You do not have to switch on ordering to start. In the simplest setup a guest collects dishes into a list and shows it at the counter — no payment flow, no new process for your staff, just a faster and more accurate order.

When you want more, the same list becomes a cart. Guests pay from the phone or at the counter, whichever suits how you actually work, and orders land on your device while the guest watches the status on theirs.

What a commission actually costs you

The delivery aggregators charge a share of every order — commonly around a third of the order value once fees are counted. On twenty thousand złoty of monthly delivery sales that is a five-figure sum over a year, taken from the orders you worked hardest for: the repeat guests who already know your food.

Orders placed through your own menu carry no such share. The courier still has to be paid — that cost exists either way — but the percentage on top of it does not. QRaff charges a flat monthly fee and takes nothing from your sales, at any volume.

Delivery and pickup from your own site

Delivery orders come in through your menu rather than a marketplace. A courier can be dispatched through an integrated delivery service, or you can send your own driver if you already have one.

The guest experience does not get worse for it. They see live order status on their phone and get a pager notification when the order is ready, which is the part most people actually value about ordering through an app.

Upsells that appear where the choice is made

Add-ons, extras and combinations are set up once and shown at the moment a guest is choosing — not shouted by a member of staff who is already carrying three plates. That is where an average ticket grows without anyone working harder.

For venues with more complicated products, custom order flows are built in: a cake builder, a set menu, a configurable box.

FAQ

Does QRaff take a percentage of orders?
No. QRaff charges a flat monthly fee and takes nothing from your sales — not now, and not at higher volumes.
Do we have to accept payment through the phone?
No. You can let guests build an order and pay at the counter, take payment on the phone, or offer both. It is a setting, not a requirement.
What about the courier cost on delivery?
Couriers are paid either way — through an aggregator or through your own delivery. What disappears is the commission on the order value charged on top of that.

Ready to try it on your own menu?

Start with one month free. No credit card, no setup fee, and no commission on your sales.
